Working in clay they imprinted the surface of the clay with objects that they have been studying in drawing and painting. This was a quick and effective way to get them to start thinking about moving from two-dimensions in to three-dimensions.
The students were pleasantly surprised by their results and are already thinking about how they can use this process to produce more intricate results and create new imagery.
A great first effort, well done Year 10 Art.
